Tabrina grew up in small-town Idaho and went straight into cosmetology school after high school. Twenty-five years later, she's the owner of the salon she once dreamed of working in, specializing in blonding techniques and textured cuts. Find her at @tabrina.does.hair.

Austin trained first in classical music before finding his way to hair, and he brings that same discipline into every cut and color appointment. Off the clock, you'll usually find him around Seattle with his dog, Petunia. Find him at @austinamayahair.

Styling in Capitol Hill since 2016, Caily specializes in blonding, from balayage to foilyage, plus hand-tied extensions and long cuts built to grow out beautifully. Find her at @colorbycaily.

A theatre kid turned art teacher turned hairstylist, Scott has spent 15 years working with hair's natural texture, cutting and styling waves, curls, and coils. A 27-year salon veteran who left conservatory school for Seattle (with side gigs in acting and even drag along the way), Jennifer does personalized cuts and color for every hair texture, from natural curls to lived-in highlights, gray blending, and rich reds.
