Tabrina Pelkola
The owner and founder of Salon Moony. She specializes in blonding techniques and textured cuts, but with 20 years in the industry you’ll find that she can really do it all! After years of searching for the right opportunity, Salon Moony was finally born!
Growing up in a small town in Idaho, she had limited options for achieving the big city look she truly desired. As a result she began experimenting on her own hair and any friends who would comply - pissing off parents in the meantime. After graduating high school she immediately enrolled in cosmetology school and the rest is history!
In her spare time you’ll find her spending time outdoors with her husband and son and spoiling her two cats, Pig Pen and Fern.
AUSTIN AMAYA
Austin came to hair after an education in classical music where he garnered an appreciation for the craft of technique. With the combination of technique and a strong esthetic Austin has found the 'process' to be as rewarding as the final product. Believing that ones hair is a major factor in ones identity Austin thoroughly enjoys finding the perfect cut and or color to achieve the best version of self identity as possible.
When not building relationships behind the chair, Austin enjoys his dog Petunia and an active social life.
AUTUMN STAPLETON
Autumn’s superpower is laughter, making anyone feel comfortable in her chair. Creative to her bones, it’s no surprise she’s able to bring a client’s hair goals to life — helping them find unique ways to show their true colors. From balayage to vivids, shags, mullets, extensions and more, Autumn is always up for a wild journey. Armed with continuing education and experimentation, she’s able to keep up with all the trends!
Passionate about music, her two dogs and a million other things, you’re sure to have a captivating conversation and a laugh, all while her hands are busy making some hair magic!
VERONICA INNESS
Originally from a small town on the west coast of Florida, Veronica has worked in a variety of locations, including NYC, Miami, and New Orleans. With over ten years of industry experience, she remains committed to continuous education and has honed her skills across a range of services. She specializes in everything from modern coloring techniques like balayage and vivids to both curly and straight hair extensions.
Veronica’s primary focus is ensuring the health of the hair is always a top priority while maintaining transparency with clients about what they can expect during their appointment. In addition to offering expert services, Veronica enjoys teaching clients how to style their hair and recommending the best products tailored to their individual needs, all while ensuring a fun and enjoyable salon experience.
Understanding that salon appointments can be lengthy, Veronica strives to make every moment in the chair both productive and enjoyable. She looks forward to working with new clients and helping them achieve their hair goals!
